Someone mentioned ash returning
I don’t think ash should ever return until he has mastered the art of man management
you only need to look at how focused the team have been under Jim
Ash seemed very aloof, team told to enter and exit the team bus via the middle door so not to pass him? What a ??
Need to get the sick notes off the wage bill !
how many of ash’s signings ever pull the shirt on ? Apart from for the press photo ?
Cannot even remember all the players he signed some only played once or twice or not at all but still being paid
Need to sort a new manager ASAP
Start offering new contracts to players who may wish to stay and most importantly don’t hire players who have never played at this level that’s where we went wrong the last few seasons, budget was too small and we could only recruit players who where free and from a lower league
But I’m sure PW have this all under control ;)

Just on one point on your posting, the money spent on players wages so far this season is far in excess of the players wage spend for each of the last two EFL league two seasons.

How focused the players have been under Jim? 1 home win in 8? 14pts from a possible 48?

Reluctantly I have to agree that Jim is NOT the manager that we need going foward although I do want him to have some involvement with the club.

A radio pundit recently described Jim as a defensive manager with a poor track record in managment. Can't disagree with that....... :( :( :(

Need a new young hungry manager who wants success to further his career and uses us as a stepping stone to better things. AFC Fylde have such a manager who will move on in the not too distant future.

Jim is a 50 point a season manager. If we want promotion we need someone else but he's certainly better than Ash.

Jim was a no-nonsense defender, and that reflects with how he sets teams up.

but i now wonder if Neil Wainwright might still an option next season as Neil was a winger and creative, although i have not seen how Neil sets teams up myself, Lads i have spoken to have always said they enjoyed the Football they played under Neil.

I agree Jim is not the man for the job but he put some fire in their bellies
We need a forward thinking manager who knows the lower leagues who is well connected and how to motivate players
